Hypnotherapy is healing by trans state (hypnotic state). Hypnosis is a state of mind, enhanced by total mental and physical relaxation, in which our conscious mind is able to communicate with unconscious mind. 

 

Our mind repressed unpleasant feelings, thought, emotions, and memories in the unconscious mind, as it is too threatening or painful to be acknowledged fully by our conscious mind. All these negative emotions and feelings create beliefs and behaviors that limit our strength and potential in life.

Understanding the conscious and unconscious mind

01 Conscious

Our conscious mind occupies 10% of the brain function while unconscious mind occupies 90%. In Freudian psychiatry, the conscious mind consists of all mental processes of which we are aware and have perception. 

02 Subconscious

Subconscious mind is the condition in which mental processes take place without the individual being aware of their occurrence, but which can easily be brought to the conscious.

03 Unconscious

Unconscious mind is the part of our personality consisting of complex (unacceptable or unpleasant) feelings, thoughts, emotions, and memories that are inaccessible to our consciousness. Our mind repressed or locked away these emotions and events in the unconscious mind, as it is too threatening or painful to acknowledge fully.
